Terms of Use

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These Terms set the rules for using Enyth.com and its early-access procurement intelligence features. They are intended to keep expectations clear for buyers, suppliers, partners, and visitors.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Enyth.com, the Enyth Assistant, Buyer and Supplier forms, and other website features provided by Enyth Integrated Solutions (“Enyth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Early-access service

Enyth is in an early-access and network-building phase. Features, workflows, supplier coverage, pricing, availability, and functionality may change as the platform develops. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time.

3. What Enyth provides

Enyth is developing procurement intelligence, supplier discovery, structured comparison, and sourcing-support capabilities. The website is designed to help buyers communicate sourcing needs and suppliers present relevant capabilities. Enyth is not a simple open marketplace and does not guarantee that every request or profile will result in an introduction, match, quote, contract, savings, or other commercial outcome.

4. Buyer requests and supplier profiles

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful information. Submitting a Buyer request does not obligate Enyth to source, quote, purchase, or introduce suppliers. Submitting a Supplier profile does not guarantee acceptance into the network, visibility to buyers, introductions, opportunities, or future business.

Supplier-network participation is currently free during Enyth’s early-access and network-building phase. Enyth may introduce optional paid services or commercial programs in the future, with applicable costs disclosed before participation.

5. Supplier information and qualification

Supplier information may come from suppliers, public sources, third parties, and Enyth’s own research. Unless Enyth expressly states otherwise, inclusion in the platform or network does not mean a supplier has been audited, certified, approved, guaranteed, or endorsed by Enyth. Buyers remain responsible for appropriate commercial, technical, quality, regulatory, financial, sanctions, export-control, and other due diligence.

6. Commercial relationships

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Enyth is not a party to contracts between buyers and suppliers and does not assume responsibility for manufacturing performance, product quality, payment, delivery, customs clearance, freight, warranties, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, or disputes between commercial parties. Enyth is not a licensed customs broker, freight forwarder, law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser.

7. Your submissions

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant Enyth a non-exclusive right to store, process, organize, analyze, and use submitted business information as reasonably necessary to evaluate the submission, operate and improve Enyth’s procurement intelligence services, communicate with you, and support potential sourcing or supplier opportunities.

You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that doing so does not violate confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, export restrictions, or applicable law.

8. Confidential and sensitive information

Do not submit trade secrets, export-controlled technical data, classified information, payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive material through general website forms or the Enyth Assistant unless Enyth has expressly provided an appropriate secure process for that information.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Enyth.com to:

  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained information;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • scrape, probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its security;
  • use automated systems to create spam, fake leads, or abusive traffic;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • use the service in violation of sanctions, export controls, procurement rules, or other applicable laws.

10. Enyth Assistant and AI-generated information

The Enyth Assistant is an informational tool. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect and are not a substitute for professional judgment or verified sourcing data. Approved Enyth knowledge is treated as authoritative where available, but users should confirm important commercial, technical, legal, regulatory, financial, or supplier-specific information before relying on it.

11. Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services such as Cloudflare, Resend, and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Enyth is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12. Intellectual property

Enyth’s website design, branding, logos, software, platform concepts, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by Enyth or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Enyth intellectual property.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enyth.com and its early-access features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Enyth disclaims warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for every procurement decision, and disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enyth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, procurement losses, supplier performance, or business interruption arising from use of or reliance on the site. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without the necessary rights or permissions.

16. Changes and additional agreements

We may update these Terms as Enyth develops. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Separate written agreements may apply to paid services, sourcing engagements, data services, partnerships, or other commercial relationships. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.

17. Applicable law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Specific commercial agreements may designate governing law, venue, dispute procedures, or additional terms appropriate to the parties and transaction.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the contact options available on Enyth.com.
